We noticed this appearing in one of the mailserver logs. Not often, perhaps once a week.
imap failed @ *TIMESTAMP*. A restart was attempted automagically.

Go to Main >> Service Configuration >> Mailserver Configuration
Increasing "Number of Authentication Daemons" resolves this problem.
Until you have more users of course!
